Display name Vault password

Encrypts this browser's private keys, messages, and Signal state. Harpo never receives it and cannot recover it, so save it somewhere secure.

Your passkey proves this is your account using your device PIN, fingerprint, or face. It does not decrypt your messages.

Welcome back

Vault password

Unlocks this browser's encrypted private keys, messages, and Signal state. Harpo never receives it and cannot recover it.

Your passkey verifies that this is your account. It does not decrypt your messages.

Restore after device loss

Recovery secret

Decrypts a remote backup after every device is lost. It works only if you previously created an encrypted backup in Settings.

New vault password

Protects the private keys, messages, and Signal state restored to this browser. Harpo never receives it.

Your passkey verifies the account before Harpo returns the encrypted backup. It cannot decrypt the backup.

Reset encrypted account

Cannot recover? Resetting permanently discards access to your previous encrypted history and retires your existing devices.

New vault password

Protects the fresh private keys and Signal state created for this browser. A recovery secret is not required.

Your passkey verifies that you own the account before its encrypted state is reset.

Welcome back

Unlock this browser

Your vault password decrypts the private data stored on this browser. It is never sent to Harpo.
